Since its foundation in 1949, ODENWALD has been an independent, privately-owned family business. As a plastics processing company, we offer our customers a broad product portfolio for the most diverse application areas.

Our global activities with partnerships and joint ventures on all continents ensure a global availability and enable us to satisfy our customers’ requirements immediately on site. We are an independent systems partner and solely bound to our customers.

Sustainability

We always aim to bear in mind our human and environmental responsibility and to improve it continuously. Therefore we took the necessary sustainability measures early on (social, environmental and economical).

We aim to reduce the waste accumulation to a minimum, to avoid accident-caused emissions of materials or energy and to promote our employees’ sense of responsibility with further training measures.

Our goal is to achieve integrated environmental protection. Therefore, environmental protection is not an isolated concern; it rather is and will be part of all actions and approaches of ODENWALD.

Permanent improvement of the environmental performance is the main objective of our environmental policy, which permits a protective approach to the environment by using the latest environmentally beneficial technologies. For ODENWALD, environmental protection is of even greater significance, since our sites are located in the particularly protected Neckar-Odenwald nature park.
